Crossbat-Crossbow Vigilante
Real Name: Bartholomew "Bat" Cross
Occupation:Vigilante
Marital Status: Probably Divorced
Base of Operations: The worst parts of the City
Powers/Abilities: Crossbat is a decent hand to hand combatant who engages in intensive regular exercise. He is an exception marksman with a crossbow. Skilled in urban warfare, parkour, and weapons design. Crossbat has a preternaturally keen sense of hearing and can shoot by his sense of hearing alone. Whether this is the result of a mutation or just good genes is unknown.
Modus Operandi: Crossbat doesn't go in for those trick arrows. He typically uses standard crossbow bolts to fire "warning" shots to disarm or at the perpetrator's non-vital areas, then if the perp continues to fight, he has proven himself a repeat offender and Crossbat will aim for vital areas.
Equipment:Crossbat uses a specially made crossbow that is clip-fed with an exceptionally high pull strength. He carries a quiver of standard hunting bolts at his side. He dresses like a renaissance fair reject in dark colors with a bat-like domino mask and hood. His crossbow is obviously a custom job with bat-like flair.
Origin: Bartholomew Cross is an anti-social sort with a rather black and white sense of justice. He started shooting criminals with his crossbow and found he didn't want to do anything else with his life. He is wanted for multiple cases of aggravated assault with a crossbow
